This gallery stands as a celebration of transformation and a crafted love letter to life through the lens of photography.

Photography, for me, is a way to temper my inherent bluntness with the soft nuances of visual storytelling. It’s my way of painting the world in a light that sparks curiosity and spurs change.

My conviction as a photographer lies in the understanding that the essence of a place dwells within its soul, far beyond its landscapes.

From pulsating cities that dance with life, to awe-inspiring landscapes that whisper tales of the ancient and untamed, my inspiration grows from the diversity of this world.

My journey is shaped by the echoes of Mark Rothko, the architectural wizardry of Tadao Ando, and the cerebral masterpieces of Rem Koolhaas. I also can’t overlook the strong impact Peter Lindbergh has had on me. And there’s a touch of Aureli as well.

“Show me the next frame” – that’s not just my mantra, but the very philosophy that underscores my life, both in the professional realm and the creative sphere. I’m on a ceaseless quest for that ‘something more’, that ‘something extraordinary’, with the click of the shutter as a question posed to the world, an insatiable appetite for change ignited.

Warmly,

Maria Freimann
